Introducing yoga to school children can prove an effective tool for them in learning how to concentrate, relax and let go of childhood stress and worries. You could introduce a chill out club or begin the morning with a relaxation session or introduce the physical aspects to aid with co-ordination, balance, flexibility and strength.
