45, 60 or 90 minutes of one-to-one yoga tailored specifically for you, your group or family
In the comfort of your own home, times by arrangement.
One-to-One sessions allow you, your group or family to work comfortably at your own
pace with a session tailored specifically to suit your body, your needs and the direction
in which you want to take your yoga.
After an initial introductory session Catherine will work with you to help develop all aspects
of your Yoga as required. You can book individual sessions or share the cost by booking for
a small group or your family. Family and partner sessions are partciularly rewarding as you
are all able to share the joy of yoga together and help each other outside of the sessions too!
Sessions can be booked weekly, fortnightly or once a month to suit you. ~ contact catherine
